The Associació Heroïnes Anònimes was born from a project in the xxss to make everyday women in Camp de Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre visible. The association currently has several projects underway, the radio program with the same name on Tarragona Ràdio where the same women from the project are made visible, awarded in 2022 by Ràdio Associació de Catalunya with the mention of inclusion. We also carry out the "veïnes x veïnes" project in Camp de Tarragona, promoted by the Associació Hèlia. We carry out training and workshops to empower women, prevention and awareness-raising workshops against gender violence, among other tasks.

The Association is part of the OVIM (Observatory on Institutional Gender-Based Violence) and the Unitary Platform Against Gender-Based Violence and the volunteer census of the Generalitat de Catalunya since we have around thirty volunteers who carry out the task of accompanying women survivors of gender-based violence.

The association's headquarters are located in Ca la Conxita where some of the projects related to it are carried out and it is a space that was born out of the need to create a safe space for women who are part of the "neighbors x neighbors" project from where the women themselves are advised and accompanied, as a complement to the services of the already existing sexist violence circuit. In addition, the Ca la Conxita space aims to be a meeting point for women where they can carry out different activities and share their own knowledge, weaving a network of mutual support.
